Warehouse Liability: The warehouse is not a guarantor of goods stored, particularly regarding hidden, concealed, or latent defects, damage, or inherent vice.
Delivery Instructions: No goods are delivered or transferred without receiving complete written instructions (FAX, EDI, E-Mail) from the depositor.
Storage Charges: A full month’s storage charge typically applies for goods received between the 1st and 15th of the month, with half-month charges for those received later.
Right to Move Goods: The warehouse reserves the right to move goods, at its expense, 14 days after notice is sent via certified or overnight mail to the depositor.
Re-seller Policies: Total Distribution Inc. does not onboard re-seller accounts operating on third-party platforms like Amazon, Walmart, E-bay, or Mercari, and does not support dropshipping or e-commerce automation services.
