Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

  • Total Cost Involved Engineering: Returns require an RMA# and original invoice. Shortages/claims must be reported within 10 days. Deposits of 50% are required on frames/chassis, and 100% on special orders.

  • DTB Distributors, Inc: Stocked items may be returned within 10 business days for a refund, store credit, or exchange, but may face up to a 40% restocking fee. Items must be unused/unopened. Special orders or food items are non-returnable.

  • Total Industries: Their policy strictly prohibits returns under any circumstances. All sales are final and non-refundable

Total Cost Involved Engineering (TCI)

  • Fees: Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Canceled orders may incur a 6% credit card processing fee.

  • Exclusions: Special order parts, modified parts, or painted parts are not returnable.

  • Fees: Depending on the item, a restocking fee of up to 40% may apply.

  • Timeline: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Fees: A 20% restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exclusions: Used products, mortars, grouts, and tiles are considered final sale.
